  • NEW - Buyer Redirection Package: For 1.5% of the sale price of your home, you will be assigned an ABQ-OwnerFinancing.com Buyer Redirection representitive. Upon completion of a Buyer Broker Compensation Agreement (a document agreeing that if we bring you a buyer, you will pay 1.5% of the sales price of the home to the Buyers Broker), your property will be uploaded to our website for free. An ABQ-OwnerFinancing.com representitive will take all of your information (down payment requirement, monthly payment requirement, term of Contract, and time frame for sale) then activley search our data base for a buyer that matches your needs.
